HOW DID THE DIVA HAT SOCIETY COME ALIVE?

 

For years, as I sold hats, people would either tell me....

"I don't buy hats because... I have no where to wear them.."..or

They would tell me...." I have so many hats... they stay in a box because, I have no where to wear them".....

 

Because of this frustration, I decided to do something about it!

So, The Diva Hat Society was born....

This poem says it all......

 

There once was a group of beautiful ladies...

Who loved to wear fancy chapeaux...

They would go to luncheons polo matches  The Derby wearing their beautiful hats, all for  the show

They would get lots of oohs and aahs and win prizes..

That excitement, no one could ever top that...

We decided to extend our fun a little more

To see what we could explore..

We will now be traveling by plane, train and car...

There is no limits to these Diva's  on how high they will raise the bar

Soon we will travel to London, Paris, NY and Dubai...

So that Royalty can raise their brows, nod with approval and say Hi...

Finally a group where we can go, do , give back and  feel fabulous

The Divas, Sharp ladies, fabulosity as they call us

We will raise  our heads, tilt our hats,  and strut  our stuff

We will carry on...

Thus The Diva Hat Society is born!
